What the WordPress plugin does

Place [intake_desk_form] on a page. A visitor submits a short enquiry. An administrator sees the private request in IntakeDesk, records what is still missing, assigns a next action and stage, and can export or permanently delete the record. The plugin has no document uploads or client reminders in this version.
